End

It's funny...

I just came to this site for no apparent reason. I haven't signed in here for more than two months. It's a miracle that I still know my password, since I tend to forget details like this.

As I read my past entries, I can't help but feel a little sentimental. I've written my experiences in Poveda...and I've written them as a Povedan. But now, I must embrace the fact that I am no longer a Povedan, but in a way, I still am.

I've decided that this will be my last entry here in this blog. I've decided to start anew and I've made another blog. If you can find me, well, they feel free to read what I have to say about my Pisay life. But it's not like Poveda...

Since I have a new section with new classmates...let me introduce them...

1. Lyndon Baluyot - Shy and reserved but I can tell he is skilled and talented

2.  Gedrick Bercero ( an Atenean who's shorter than me [ he will grow taller than me one day ] and we sit beside each other during English class [ Ma ' am Osit's sitting arrangement plan])

3. Jason Castro - A nice guy who draws a lot (maybe he will troughout the entire year) but he seems to be able participate also when his attention is needed

4. Brandon Cueto - Likes art and music I think...he is liked by majority of the class because of his good humour and jokes...can be serious when the time comes

5. Damian Dailisan - Good at Math that's one thing...I don't know him well so I have nothing much to say...

6. Felipe Del Castillo - He seems to be a loner...he may be acting so I don't know...

7. Marxlen Endico - A dormer...haven't really gotten to know him so well...he seems to be a nice person though...

8. Francis Forbes - This guy seems to be a sporty person...the heck, almost every guy loves playing basketball...that's all I know about him...

9. Aldon Galido - Seems to be a nice guy...my parents know his relative but I haven't had the chance to know him more...

10. Jet Gallardo - My seatmate in most subjects...may need to work on his penmanship because even he can't read it sometimes (the heck, my handwriting's not even good so don't pay attention to the last comment)...seems to be nice and helpful...

11. Rainier Gomez - A dormer who doesn't seem to miss his parents...a math whiz...may be noisy at times but I think I can tolerate his noise since most Povedans talk as much as he does (not saying I wasn't noisy)

12. Kevin Ingco - He can play the guitar, that's one of the few things I've noticed...He also seems to like a girl from my class...Hope it turns out to be true

13. Nic Macahig - Don't really know since I've only had several conversations with him...about school stuff

14. Niccolo Macaraig - Seems to be noisy...tolerable I guess

15. Marco Paderanga - One of the few guys I've managed to know...can play the guitar...likes borrowing notes from Malaine...seems rich

16. Miguel Parabuac - Dormer...don't really know him but he has a deep voice for one thing...

17. Nico Reyes - The first guy who ever talked to me. He's the president of the class and is friends with almost everyone...all girls included...smart person...

18. JC Rongcal - The tall guy...don't know anything else except he wears glasses...

19. Miguel Susmerano - One of the new students...from Xavier...younger than me...probably good at Math since he's from Xavier...likes borrowing notes from Marco and Malaine

20. Ryan Sy - A guy from Ateneo who keeps on telling everyone he's poor...yeah right.

21. Emil Tan - From the looks of it...he and Rainier are the brains of the class in Math...seems nice and friendly...don't really know him

22. Arriele Bernardo - A girl from Miriam who knows how to make herself look presentable. Nice and composed, she can speak well in English. She seems to be into fashion and cosmetics as well and seems to be concerned with hygiene and health...

23. Trixy Carreon- me...you decide who I am

24. Jil Listano - A dormer...seems to be active...too active sometimes...hope she doesn't hit Rainier or anyone else that hard...

25. Andrea Nery- A new student from Holy Spirit...seems nice and reserved...should try to know her more...

26. Marylaine Padlan - A new student from Holy Spirit...she seems to be determined to get good grades...well, good luck on that Malaine...a good notetaker...seems quite responsible...probably would make a good leader...

27.  Lean Quinio - a girl who seems to be quite and shy but is pretty in my opinion...no wonder why someone likes her...I think...she also seems to want to get good grades...and she seems to be an addict with texting...hope I'm wrong there....

28. Cleo Rojo - a quiet girl who I really like. She seems to be understanding and a good listener. She may be quiet but she knows what to say to make you feel better. She may seem quiet but I can tell that she is quite smart and intelligent... Love you for that Cleo, my dear...

29. Sam Sanchez - Another girl from Miriam...Hangs out with Arriele...they make the perfect duo...I don't know much about her since she tends to be quiet...

30. Jasmine Santiago - Last but not the least...Jasmine is quiet but is brilliant. She is skilled in Math and even though she gets homesick at the dorm, she can skill keep focused and do her job well...she exerts so much effort and I believe that if anyone deserves good grades, then it has to be Jasmine...

Well, here you go... Not a bad class eh? I hope I'm right.

Pride and Prejudice

After I watched "Pride and Prejudice", I was DYING to read the book. It turns out my lola had a copy and this picture here looks exactly like it. But I have to admit, it's really difficult to understand. The English the book uses is the old one. But still, I want to read it and I'll just have to ask my lola (literature major) to help me understand some of the parts.

Anyway, tomorrow's the last day for grad practice...and they're going to announce the people who will get an award or more (someone [ahem] like LS ). That just gives me the creeps. I don't think my Reading exam was good enough. I nearly guessed my way through.

It's already obvious who will get the Special Awards. But I wonder who will get the Special Award in Science.  Oh well, it's probably Mika or LS or Courtney or Risa and all of the people who are good in Science.

And as for grad practice, I'm glad it's almost over. I got really hot-tempered during the times when we had to repeat. I know it's for the greater glory of our graduation but the gym was too HOT for words. I was practically bathing on my own sweat!

Anyway, it will be over on Wednesday. I just hope it doesn't get too hot or I'll lose my temper once again. And hopefully, nothing spills on my skirt again like what happened last Friday. Everyone thought the Milo Freeze was tagos!  And thanks to someone, I ended up wetting my skirt with too much water. Then, I looked like I did my business with my skirt on. So, I had to spend my entire lunch time standing in front of the electric fan. Thankfully, my skirt dried up before the practices resumed. But still, I was so embarrassed because so many people were saying "Tagos, noh?"

I feel like nothing is different wit the sembreak. Aside from spending two days in Subic Air Base in an American home, having fun with the animals in Zoobic, choking when I accidentally swallowed the saltwater in Olongapo Beach, and seeing the amusing shows by the sea creatures from Ocean Adventure, I'm still pressured with homework anyway.

Don't get me wrong, but I did them already, but I still have the IP Journal to worry about, and doing the survey/interview. I wonder if we'll even be able to submit the journal on time, based from the current events and standings.

Plus, Tsina and I will give our section a lesson on the Katipunan. I'm telling you now from the beginning, it's not going to be short. Six acetates, and not all of the information is even in there! I just placed the guide words so you'll all have to use your ears to take down notes. Our lesson will begin from the moment the Katipunan was established to the moment of Andres Bonifacio's death. That's practically to aralins, so I just want to warn you all to be ready when Tsina and I do our report.

Tomorrow, I have to go to school before or on 7:30 AM. Why? Himig-Lahi, of course. We're going to perform on this-theater-whose-name-I-somehow-cannot-remember. We're just going to perform Lupang Hinirang and Pukpok Sinulog. I hope Charmaine's going. The last time I saw her, she had chickenpox! If she doesn't go, maybe I'll have to play Kulintang a Kayu on my own! Oh wait, I think someone else is going to play it with me... But what if she's absent? Nah, I worry too much (as people in school always tell me).

Am I still Carreonix? Of course I am!

Bye!

I wonder why people are asking why my xanga's so plain and simple?

Anyway, I'm starting to be talkative again. And I know the main reason why: It's because of Tisha. Not that I'm pinning the blame on her. It's just that she's my friend and I tend to slip out a few words and then...There you go, a talkative Trixy.

I want my old place back. At least, it's quiet there. I want to stay in front so I can hear all of the soft-spoken people. I want to stay in front so I can talk softly to the teachers without everyone hearing. I want to stay in front so I CAN BE QUIET SINCE I DON'T KNOW ANYONE WELL IN MY OLD TABLE!

So this Monday, I'll talk to Ms. Roca and ask her to bring me back to my old place. And maybe this time I'll be quiet...

So anyway, if you want to know what I've done so far, well nothing really. But I think I'll start studying now for my Filipino Session 1 Test. If all goes well, I'll tackle Math next. Oh yeah, the homework, the Art Homework! Acck! I feel so stubborn and irresponsible!

I feel like I can't get the teachers to call me when I'm way back. BRING ME TO MY OLD PLACE MS. ROCA!

Anyway, here's my entry. I'll get started with Filipino now...
